We would love to take the time to show you around our school and to ask any questions you may have. We do tours and interviews from 9:30am to 11:30am. Prospective employees will do a 30-minute work interview.

We are educators not babysitters and we take that responsibility very seriously. We honor and respect you as a parent by doing our best to keep your student happy, safe, engaged, and loved. What does a teacher at Nature's Way of Learning do?
Our teachers spend their day in the classroom teaching, supporting, encouraging, and loving the students in our care. As early childhood educators, you are responsible for fostering the social/emotional and academic growth. With development of their students in a variety of ways using our professional curriculum. The best early childhood educators are energetic, loving, patient, and understanding. The health and safety of our students is our number one priority, but having fun and being silly is a close second! We believe that our teachers own their classroom. You know your students, and we respect that.
